About Registration
Q.1) Who has to registration under GST Laws?
A) All the taxpayers whose turnover is more than 20Lakhs. Also, some special case like People who supply goods in Interstate and Casual Merchant. All of them should registration under the GST Laws.
Q.2) After selling Goods How long will it take to get GST Number?
A) When the turnover is more than 20Lakhs you have to apply for GST number and get it in 3 Days.
Q.3) What is Casual Merchant? What is provision for this type of Merchant?
A) A Merchant who sell goods for a certain time period like in Diwali stall. And they get GST number by the application.
Q.4) For getting GST number whom should I contact?
A) You have to submit the online form. Click her For Registration.
Q.5) Should I pay any advance tax or deposit for getting GST number?
A) NO, you should not pay any advance tax or deposit for the number. Before some time there is a law that you have to pay 25,000 rupee advance tax and 20,000 rupee deposit but this law is the change for new users.
Q.6) Should I need to get different GST numbers for SGST, CGST, IGST?
A) NO, you have to get only one GST number for all these.

Q.1) which matters are shown in Bill?
A) i)The name, address, GSTIN of goods supplier
ii) The serial number and date of bill
iii) The amount, price, and name of goods
iv) The cost price and take GST of goods
v) The name, address and GST number of receiver
vi) If the receiver is not enrolled in GST then you have to give the full name and address of the receiver.
Q.2) It is compulsory to show the HSN CODE and SERVICE CODE of goods?
A) Yes, but if you are small taxpayer whose turnover is less than 1.5 crore.
Q.3) How much time is given for making bill after selling goods?
A) For goods supply, it is immediately and for service supply, it is 30 days.
Q.4) is there any relaxation given by the government for small taxpayers?
A) Yes, if a customer buys less than 200 rupee product then no need of creating the bill.
