Are you used to sleep at afternoon? Then definitely read it.

Every one though about afternoon sleep good or bad. Today i give a whole idea of afternoon sleep. One common thing in both Gujarati and Spanish that they are both used to sleep in afternoon. Now the situation has changed, There was a time when all the shops of Gujarat are close for1:00 pm to 3:30 pm because their owners are taking a sleep after a lunch. after waking up drink tea and then go to the shop again.Not only market but government officers also take sleep at afternoon. In Government Hospitals, they have official 3 hour lunch time.

Shortly before Spanish PM Mariano Rajoy comment that " The working time of Spanish people are made a fine tune like other European countries." after this comment, some media publish that cut up in afternoon sleep of Spanish people. But this, not the PM meanings its real meaning is to reduce the working hour from 8hours to 6hours so people go home take lunch and some sleep.

One nice word in the Sanskrit language for after lunch sleep is "Vamkukshi". while in the English language "Nap". Nap means sleep for a small time. A competitional atmosphere prevailed in each area and the way Slogan of "Do Hard Work" are shouted no one can imagine for an afternoon sleep. Honestly, taking sleep at afternoon is not a bad thing. Gandhiji wakes up at 4:00 am and take lunch 11:00 am and after lunch take rest till 1:00 pm. British former PM Winston Churchill habited to playing a card with his wife after lunch and take Nap. He places a bed in parliament for his this habit. One other British PM Margaret Thatcher sleep only 4 hours at night and 1 hour at afternoon sleep. American former President John f. Kennedy also used to take sleep for 1 to 2 hour in afternoon. The legend warrior Napoleon give slogan. Man sleep 6 hours, Woman sleep 7 hours and fool sleep 8 hours. Means people sleep more the 7 hours are a fool. But Napoleon himself sleeps for days and even Cannon sound was not disturb him. The great Spanish painter Salvador Dali take "micro nap" at afternoon. He has a unique style for sleep. Put metal key between his left-hand thumb and index finger. And put metal seat under the hand. then tilt his head and close his eyes and get relax. As the sleep goes, grip on key release and key fall on seat and sound produced which wakes up him. Another painter Leonardo Da Vinci take a break every 4 hours for sleep. The great scientist Albert Einstein also has a habit of taking sleep at afternoon. He believes that more you are creative in sleep.

There are lots of experiment for afternoon sleeping. Studies say that taking 1 hour of sleep in

afternoon increase mental ability and Alertness. Logical reasoning and thinking get more clear and increase decision-making power. One research in the University of Michigan says " People who sleep at afternoon feel less frustration. and increase tolerance ability. " For senior citizen afternoon sleep is more beneficial. One test was done on 3000 people whose age is more than 65 year. The test result was the mental state of people is more stable who sleep after lunch then not sleep. For a long journey, if the pilot takes 30min sleep then his reaction time increases 16%.

The big corporate company also knew the importance of afternoon sleeping. Google, urban and other 6 American company give break for their employee to take a sleep after lunch because of increase in efficiency of work and creativity. Google give a renewable room with napping chair and energy pod in their offices. If employees feel fatigue they seat on the chair by long legs. There is a feature in a chair that music sounds for better sleep. also there is a timer in a chair that wakes up you by vibration in a chair. The value of chair is 7 to 8 lakhs rupees.
